I had Givin up on good customer service. It has fadded away in this time, unfortunately. Well this company still has it. I RECEIVED OUTSTANDING service. From the lady on the phone that made my appointment to two young men that came to my house to fix my problem. These men were in and out and we were up and running in just a hour. They left my yard in great shape. They were kind, Curtis and they had MANNERS! I highly recommend this company! They did a spectacular job for us. I will definitely use them again.

The technician was friendly and explained everything he needed to do for the basic pump-out that needed to be done and showed the before and after. He worked quick, and got it done without issues. Did a reasonably good job putting the lawn back together as best as could be expected. Definitely recommend.

We had a great experience with Wells Septic. We called another company first, and they came out to pump our tank, mislead us about how much they would charge, and quoted us a price to repair a broken pump. So I called Wells on a recommendation from a friend. Even on the phone, they were very helpful and took time to explain the system and likely problem and quoted a price to us for repairs, worst case. Once the technician came out to service, he was polite, efficient, and explained everything that he was doing. We did end up having to get the pump replaced, but the cost was exactly what we were quoted on the phone. And we saved at least $500 compared to the first company that came out. (I say at least because even after being here and getting started, the first company still couldn't tell me exactly what it would cost, they kept saying it would depend on what they ran into and wouldn't know until they got started...). I would use Wells Septic again and recommend them to a friend.

I contacted Wells Septic and Precast to pump my septic tank, long story short, then noticed the water level in my tank was high and causing water to back up into the house drain line. They began investigating the cause and determined that the outlet pipe was higher than it should be. The two young men worked thru several alternatives to find a suitable and affordable solution. My wife and I were very impressed with the knowledge, professionalism and respect shown by the employees. They worked long and hard, in the heat, to correct the problem. I have already hired Wells Septic for another job to be completed next week. When someone ask for a recommendation in the septic/drain field repair area, they get my vote.

Our septic system was installed wrong when it was installed 16 years ago and rotted which caused some unpleasant pooling in the yard. So we called Wells Septic out to fix it. They sent out Gair Coleten, Cayden and Jayden to fix it. They were fast, reasonably priced and the nicest guys I've ever met.
